Spawn of Psychosis - Parasite

Review by Mark

Solid, pissed off punk attitude meets Rob Zombie/early Nine Inch Nails, Spawn of Psychosis have a pretty damn interesting sound. From the first listen the industrial influence sounds very linear and basic, but after a few more spins you’ll begin to notice that it really opens up a bit more. The song subjects are the run of the mill ‘society is stupid, it’s infested with whiney morons’ or personal struggle stories, but the style in which it’s done is pulled off very well indeed. With more variation in lyrical content and a bit more of an expansion on the industrial front, Spawn of Psychosis could well become a band to look out for.
